Dave and Sue Uibel are the owners and founders of Masterworks School of the Arts. Dave earned his Bachelors of Music from Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA with proficiencies in piano and organ. Dave completed graduate work in Music Education and Piano Performance at Drake University with Dr. George Katz and graduated with a Masters Degree in Piano Performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Dave served as the Chairman of the Piano Department at Piedmont Bible College and taught college level theory, history and choral arranging. He served as a Worship Pastor for eighteen years in Iowa, North Carolina, Michigan, and Ohio before beginning Masterworks. Dave and Sue started Masterworks at Davidson in 2002 with the vision of creating an arts school that would serve the community and allow them to include their entire family in the school and its development. They are excited about watching Masterworks expand and continue to grow.
